Vendor Questions:
Q: Annual volume and average transaction amount per department (municipal court, tax office & borough office)?
A: Due to very low volume usage by the Tax Office, this Formal Quote will NOT apply to the Tax Office
Q: What specific reports are required on a daily/monthly basis?
A. Monthly statement of expenses with detail on charges and fees.
Q: In the EQUIPMENT REQUIRED section, what is meant by “Debit Card Key Card”? Is a pin pad being requested? If so, would an internal pin pad that is part of the terminal work?
A: We currently use a Verifone terminal which is adequate to our needs.
Q: What is the communication method of these terminals…dial over phones lines or through the internet?
