Hundreds of Fanwood residents gathered at La Grande Park for the annual Party in the Park on Tuesday, June 27. This year’s event boasted a wide array of activities including bouncy houses, slides, laser-tag, a challenge course, and a special Secret Life of Pets themed scavenger hunt.
As the sun set and the movie started, the park was covered in blankets and lawn chairs as family and friends laid under the stars to view the screening of the movie, Secret Life of Pets. A 16-foot, wide state-of-the-art outdoor movie screen towered over the park and made it possible for everyone to enjoy the movie.
The Free Summer Movie Series will continue at La Grande Park on Wednesday, July 5 with The Jungle Book (2016). Screenings begin at approximately 8:30 p.m. Thank you to everyone who helped make this event possible.
