Sewer Utility
The Fanwood Borough Council established the Fanwood Sewer Utility (FSU) in April 2018 in order to begin the critical process of addressing ongoing support to the Borough’s aging sewer infrastructure. At that time an annual fee for residential and commercial users was created to fund the Utility. In 2021 the borough council created a new rate structure that makes the fees fairer and more equitable for all users. This rate structure is re-visited annually.
Below are the 2023 sewer rates for residential and commercial customers as set forth by the Borough Council.
